The Mt. Baker high school leadership camp is sponsored by the Association of Washington School Principals and is one of twelve high school camps offered each summer. The Mt. Baker Leadership Camp at Cispus began in 1979.

Our goal is to develop the leadership potential of outstanding high school students from all areas of Washington. Our trained staff consists of teachers, counselors, school administrators, and business leaders from throughout the state.
